Competition Entry
By entering the competition on the Website www.superiorcompetitions.co.uk Entrants confirm they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by them
All submitted contact information must be correct and up to date, it is the information owner’s responsibility to update when and where necessary information collect will be used for:
Notify the Winner that they have won the prize;
Post the Winner’s name and town of residence on the Website
Comply with the Privacy Policy.
Failure to provide accurate information resulting in loss or unclaimed prizes is not the responsibility of the promoter
The Competition
The Competition is operated by Superior Competitions Ltd
A maximum of 1000 entries are permitted for any natural or legal person for each competition unless otherwise stated
Upon Entering any competition you will be asked to for:
Their contact details (including postal and e-mail addresses and a telephone number)
card payment details (for entry fee only).
Once the Entry is submitted, the Entrants card payment will be electronically approved and they will be submitted into the competition.
When the maximum number of entries is reached, the competition will close.
Once a transaction has been completed your submission is final, there are no refunds at anytime for any reason. If a prize becomes unavailable while on a competition for example damaged or stolen all participants will be refunded in game credit which can be used on any alternative competitions.
The Promoters decision is final all draws will be held live using a lottery ball spinning machine and no correspondence will be entered into about the result of the Competition following the determination of the Winner as described above. If the total amount of entries exceed the amount of numbered balls that the ball spinning machine can hold the draw will be done using google number generator.
Each Entrant agrees that the usual requirement under the Consumer Protection(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 for any goods and services ordered online to be supplied within 30 days will not apply to this Prize Competition.
Postal Entry Route:
If you wish to enter any of our competitions for free then you must send an unenclosed postcard stating: Which competition you would like to take part in, along with your chosen number and personal details as follows;
Which competition you are entering (one entry per postcard) Your chosen number (if this is taken you will be allocated a random number in replace) Full Name / Date of Birth / Postal Address /Email address / Contact number.
Please note : you must have an active account on our website at the time the entry is processed, all details submitted on the entry must match those you have registered with.
Any entries received after all numbers are allocated will not be included
Any postal entries received that do not follow the above criteria will be voided.
Postal entries will be processed on a Sunday and Thursday of every week , post your entries to 266 Wellington road, Birmingham B20 2QL
One postal entry per person per competition
Competition Closing.
The competition will close when all tickets are sold out or the promotor ends early , certain competitions may be launched with a guaranteed draw date regardless of sell out
Competition / Selecting a Winner
The winning Entrant will be selected at complete random using a lottery ball spinning machine or google random number generator live streamed off our facebook business page.
All players will be regularly updated regarding draw dates and times via social media and upon the website
There will only be one winner per competition unless otherwise stated.
PRIZES
The Promoter owns any prize offered from the time the competition is live until a successful handover is completed.
Prizes will only be that as awarded at the time of the draw, no alternatives will be offered under any circumstance or any way unless stated on specific competition
Prizes such as tech/jewellery etc are delivered free of charge UK mainland only all vehicles cars/vans/bikes etc will require the winner to collect their prize from the promotor
All winners will be contacted immediately with the contact details provided on the entry of the competition and prizes must be claimed within 7 days. Failure to claim the prize will result in the prize being withdrawn.
Electronics:
All electronics will be new unless otherwise clearly stated in the competition and therefore will come with the manufacturer’s warranty.
No warranty is implied by the competition owners or guarantees with any of the motors provided, Winners will be responsible for the the prize once received by the winner, no guaranteed value of any vehicle given or implied.
Any entry into the competition is based on the sole judgement of the entrant to make sure they can afford and retrieve the vehicle.
Photo ID copy of email acknowledgement from the entrant will be required to secure the prize.
Any prize posted will be sent, recorded and insured delivery and will require a signature.
Other
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter?s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
When you sign up for an account you will be auto-enrolled in our informative mailing list, you can unsubscribe at any time and will not be re-enrolled.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].
The legal age for all competitions is 18.
We shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
We reserve the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
The Promoter reserves the right to extend any competition by maximum of 4 weeks . If a competition fails to sell out once the maximum time has accumulated including maximum extensions resulting in the prize not being able to be handed over due to insufficient amount of tickets sold to cover costs the prize awarded will be a cash prize of 70% of the amount of funds received after admin and marketing fees during the competition will be awarded to the Winner instead of the prize, if a prize for example gets broken or stolen while on a competition this will also result in a cash prize of 70% of the funds taken for that particular competition minus admin and marketing fees.
At the Promoters own discretion competitions may be set with a guaranteed draw date and guaranteed prize regardless of any unsold entries, this will be clearly stated on the website on the particular competition itself
